Key Functions & Benefits
Temporary Reinforcement: Enhances bearing capacity of temporary roadbeds and construction sites, preventing sinking under construction machinery and vehicle traffic
Layer Separation: Isolates temporary road surfaces (gravel or soil) from underlying soil, preventing material mixing and road damage
Erosion Control & Drainage: Prevents soil erosion from rainwater and facilitates quick drainage to avoid waterlogging
Lightweight & Easy Handling: Reduces construction time and labor costs while improving overall efficiency
Application Scenarios
This geotextile is specifically designed for temporary construction projects in mining areas, including:
Temporary roadbeds for construction machinery and material transportation
Separation layers for construction sites to maintain cleanliness and organization
Temporary erosion control on construction slopes to prevent soil loss
Temporary drainage layers in construction pits for groundwater and rainwater management
Protection of exposed soil in mining construction areas, including soil piles and foundation pits
Widely applicable in both new mine construction projects and renovation stages of existing mining operations.
Installation & Usage Guidelines
Installation: Lay geotextile flat on construction surface with 10-15cm overlap between adjacent sections. For temporary roads, cover with 5-10cm thick gravel layer after installation.
Safety Precautions: Avoid violent dragging during installation to prevent fiber damage. Do not use in areas with open flames or high temperatures due to polypropylene's flammability. Replace immediately if damaged during use.
Load Capacity: Do not exceed design capacity limits for temporary roads or construction sites.
Disposal: After temporary construction completion, geotextile can be recycled (if undamaged) or disposed of according to environmental regulations.
