Steel Geogrid is a high-strength geosynthetic material manufactured from premium low-carbon steel wire or steel plate. Through advanced welding, stretching, and anti-corrosion treatment processes, it delivers exceptional tensile strength, creep resistance, and corrosion resistance. This geogrid effectively enhances roadbed bearing capacity, disperses surface stress, and prevents settlement and cracking—making it ideal for heavy-duty road construction applications.
Manufacturing Process & Quality Standards

  • Material Selection: High-quality low-carbon steel wire (ASTM A36/A1011 or EN 10025 S235JR)
  • Processing: Steel bars are drawn and straightened to specified specifications
