Production Process
Our manufacturing process utilizes automated precision welding production lines with welding precision controlled within ±0.5 mm. Steel bars undergo rigorous selection, straightening, and cutting processes to ensure uniform diameter and length consistency. The high-frequency resistance welding technology creates seamless, robust welding points where shear strength reaches no less than 90% of the steel bar's tensile strength. Post-welding stress relief treatment eliminates residual stresses, ensuring product structural integrity. Final processing includes anti-corrosion treatment and precision cutting.
