High-Strength UV Resistant Waterproof Rough-Sprayed Geomembrane for Landfill Projects
Product Description
High-Strength Rough-Sprayed Geomembrane
Specially engineered for landfill anti-seepage projects with strict compliance to national standard GB/T 17643-2025 (GH-2T1, GH-2T2). Manufactured using a scientific two-step process: first producing a high-quality smooth HDPE geomembrane base, then applying a layer of virgin resin mixed with double-anti masterbatch through surface spraying, ensuring base integrity and stable performance.
Key Product Features
High Mechanical Strength: Yield strength 11-44 N/mm, breaking strength 12-48 N/mm, rectangular tear strength 93-375 N, capable of withstanding construction pressure and external impact
Excellent Anti-Aging Performance: Carbon black content 2.0~2.8%, standard OIT ≥100min, high pressure OIT ≥400min, UV irradiation 1600 hours OIT retention ≥50%, suitable for long-term outdoor applications
Reliable Impermeability: Dense structure and premium raw materials ensure ultra-low permeability, effectively blocking water and harmful substance penetration
Easy Processing: Standard specifications with flexible customization options, ideal for large-scale landfill projects
Application Scenarios
Primarily used in large-scale landfill projects including landfill bottom anti-seepage, leachate collection system anti-seepage, landfill cover anti-seepage, and closure projects. Also suitable for tailings ponds, hazardous waste treatment sites, and other demanding anti-seepage applications requiring high performance standards.
Installation Guidelines
Install on flat, compacted, and clean base surfaces free of sharp objects. Align laying direction with project layout, maintaining 10-15cm overlap width between adjacent rolls. Utilize hot-melt welding for joints with temperature control at 200-220℃ to ensure welding strength not less than 80% of base material. Conduct post-installation air tightness inspection to prevent water leakage.
