Product Description

Product Introduction: This 200g short fiber geotextile is made of high-quality polyester short fibers through opening, carding, netting and needle punching integrated process. It is a flexible non-woven geotextile with three-dimensional porous structure, soft texture and uniform pore distribution. It is a cost-effective civil engineering material integrating isolation, filtration and drainage functions.

Product Features: Uniform fiber distribution, stable pore size and excellent water permeability; good tensile and anti-tear performance, resistant to road foundation extrusion; soft and wear-resistant, not easy to be punctured by gravel; acid and alkali corrosion resistance, anti-aging, long service life; lightweight and flexible, easy to cut and lay; high cost performance, suitable for conventional civil engineering projects.

Application Fields: Widely used in highway and railway road base isolation and drainage, rural road renovation, pavement anti-cracking protection, foundation soil layer separation, and small slope greening protection projects.

Construction Steps: Clean the road base, remove sundries and sharp stones to keep the base flat; unfold the short fiber geotextile horizontally, lay flat without tension and wrinkles; overlap the cloth edges by 15-20cm, stitch or hot-melt bond the joints; fix the edge with sandbags or anchor nails to prevent displacement; lay gravel and asphalt surface layer after laying inspection; avoid long-term direct exposure to sunlight after construction.
