Product Overview

Compound geomembrane is a geosynthetic material composed of two or more materials such as geotextile (or fiberglass mesh) and polymer materials (such as PE film, EVA, etc.). It uses geotextile as the water-conducting layer and polymer material as the anti-seepage layer. It is made by calendering and hot-melt coating. It has unique anti-seepage, protection and reinforcement, drainage, isolation and other functions. Its high toughness and excellent resistance to chemical erosion and anti-aging properties exceed the usage indicators of simple application of cloth or membrane. It is easy to construct, has a wider application field, and is more convenient to use.

 

Function&Application

 Mainly used in the anti-seepage treatment of dams and drainage ditches, and the anti-fouling treatment of waste dumps.

1. Earth-rock dams, rockfill dams, masonry dams and roller compacted concrete dams. 2. Channels and reservoirs (pits, holes). 3. Waterproof layer of expansive soil and collapsible loess.
4. Construction of cofferdam. 5. Anti-seepage lining for subways, basements and tunnels. 6. Salt anti-seepage of roadbed and other foundations.
7. Tailings dam, sewage reservoir dam body and reservoir area, and waste plant. 8. The roof and basement are anti-seepage and moisture-proof.
9. Horizontal anti-seepage paving in front of embankments and dams, and vertical anti-seepage layer on the foundation.

Installation 

1.For the laid composite geomembrane, the edge welding bead overlap width is 80~100mm, and the joints are required to be free of dirt, moisture, dust, etc.
2. Before welding, adjust the two sides of the PE single film at the seam so that they overlap a certain width and are smooth and wrinkle-free.

Production&Package

Production: After being heated in a far-infrared oven, the geotextile and geomembrane are pressed together on one or both sides of the film in the form of a roller to form a composite geomembrane.

Packaging: Packed in woven geotextile.
