Jianyi Brand Concrete Canvas is a new composite material composed of cement, geotextiles, fibers, and other components. Compared to traditional concrete slope protection, concrete canvas offers superior flexibility and adaptability, blending seamlessly with the surrounding environment while enhancing ground load-bearing capacity and wear resistance. Its rapid-curing property allows it to quickly form a sturdy waterproof layer, improving project reliability and durability. When dry, the concrete canvas remains soft like a blanket, allowing it to be transported in rolls and cut to any required size. Once exposed to water, it rapidly undergoes a chemical reaction and hardens into a solid concrete blanket.
The thickness of the concrete canvas varies depending on its application. Common thicknesses include 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 17mm, 18mm, and 20mm. Custom thicknesses are also available upon request.
The weight of the concrete canvas depends on its dimensions and thickness, typically ranging from 6 to 20 kg/m². The exact weight varies based on material thickness, density, and size.
Concrete canvas is available in multiple colors, such as white, green, and multicolor. Custom colors can also be produced as needed.
Easy to Use – Can be supplied in large bulk rolls or standard rolls, facilitating manual handling and transportation without the need for heavy machinery. The concrete is pre-mixed to a scientific ratio, eliminating on-site mixing and preventing over-hydration. It can cure underwater or in seawater. After hydration, it remains workable for adjustments within 2 hours and achieves 80% strength within 24 hours.
Environmentally Friendly – A low-mass, low-carbon technology that uses up to 95% less material than conventional concrete in many applications. It has limited alkali content and very low washout rates, minimizing ecological impact.
Flexible Application – Excellent drapeability allows it to conform to complex surface shapes, even forming double-curved surfaces. It can be easily cut or trimmed with ordinary hand tools before curing.
