Product Introduction
Textured roughened geomembrane is a special treated geomembrane with a particle-like rough surface formed through a special process, which enhances the friction performance of the membrane surface. This membrane utilizes updated production equipment during its production, resulting in a rough texture on the surface of the polyethylene impervious membrane, hence it is called spray rough geomembrane. It is mainly used for projects requiring larger friction coefficients, such as slope membrane surface coverage projects, including landfills, tailings storage yards, channel seepage prevention, dam seepage prevention, and subway engineering, etc.

Raw Material Preparation: Virgin HDPE resin mixed with carbon black and antioxidants.
Co-Extrusion: Three-layer co-extrusion technology ensures uniform thickness and texture.
Surface Texturing: Secondary roughening creates a rough surface during cooling.
Quality Inspection: Real-time thickness monitoring, tensile testing, and texture analysis.
Rolling & Packaging: Cut to custom widths (2m–8m) and lengths, wrapped for protection.

Subgrade Preparation: Remove sharp objects; compact soil to 95% Proctor density.
Unrolling: Align rolls with slopes; minimize wrinkles.
Welding: Use dual-track hot wedge welders for seams (test weld seams via air pressure/vacuum box).
Anchoring: Secure edges in trenches or with anchor bolts.
Protection Layer: Cover with geotextile or soil (min. 30cm depth).
