Product Introduction
This heavy-duty bentonite waterproof blanket is engineered for large-scale, high-load infrastructure projects. It features a multi-layer composite structure comprising high-strength woven geotextile, thickened bentonite layer, and geogrid reinforcement. The product delivers exceptional tensile strength, tear resistance, and load-bearing capacity, capable of withstanding heavy machinery pressure and extensive backfill soil loads.

Application Fields

Installation Guidelines
  1. Base surface preparation: Reinforce base surface with geotextile to enhance bearing capacity. Ensure surface is flat, compacted, and free of protrusions
  2. Mechanical laying: Utilize professional laying machinery for large-area installation. Maintain 30cm overlap width between blankets and compact overlap areas with heavy rollers
  3. Secure anchoring: Fix with high-strength anchor bolts at 1m spacing. Cover bolt heads with bentonite caps to prevent water seepage
  4. Layered backfilling: Backfill in 30-50cm layers, compacting each layer with rollers. Use cushion layer protection to prevent direct heavy machinery contact with waterproof blanket
