Application Fields

Widely used for flood control emergency dike reinforcement, temporary housing construction in earthquake disaster areas, highway and railway emergency repair, water supply and drainage pipeline leakage repair, and power facility emergency protection. Product Installation

Rapid base surface treatment: Quickly remove debris and obstacles from the base surface and level as much as possible. For emergency situations, simple treatment suffices without strict flatness requirements.
Quick laying: Unfold the cement blanket and cover the damaged area. Cut to required size with a utility knife if needed. Overlap blankets by 10cm and press tightly manually.
Rapid wetting: Use any available water source (tap water, river water) to thoroughly wet the cement blanket. Employ water pumps or buckets as needed to ensure complete hydration.
Temporary fixation and use: After wetting, use sandbags or other heavy objects to press the surface and ensure close contact with the base. The blanket can be put into service after hardening (1-2 hours), with formal curing performed after the emergency is resolved.
