Three-Dimensional Composite Drainage Net with High-Efficiency Drainage, Excellent UV Resistance, and ≥16kN/m Tensile Strength
Product Description
Three-Dimensional Composite Drainage Net
High-efficiency drainage and filtration material engineered for superior performance in demanding applications.
Product Overview
Our Three-Dimensional Composite Drainage Net consists of a three-dimensional plastic mesh core bonded between two layers of non-woven geotextile. The mesh core's high void ratio creates optimal drainage channels, while the geotextile layers provide effective filtration to prevent soil particle intrusion and clogging.
Key Features
High Drainage Efficiency: Mesh core with over 90% void ratio provides exceptional flow capacity, delivering 5-10 times faster drainage than traditional materials
Superior Filtration: Non-woven geotextile with optimized pore size effectively filters soil particles while maintaining long-term drainage stability
Exceptional Compressive Strength: Stable three-dimensional structure maintains optimal drainage performance under high pressure conditions
Durability & Resistance: Manufactured from high-quality HDPE material with excellent resistance to chemical corrosion, UV radiation, and aging
Application Areas
This drainage net is widely utilized in:
Landfill leachate drainage systems
Highway and railway subgrade drainage
Slope and embankment drainage
Basement exterior wall protection
Sports field drainage infrastructure
Soft soil foundation treatment
Coastal reclamation projects
Installation Guidelines
Surface Preparation: Ensure base surface is level, clean, and free of sharp objects. Compact uneven areas to prevent damage to the drainage net.
Laying Procedure: Position drainage net with geotextile facing soil. Lay from bottom to top along slopes, and upstream to downstream horizontally. Maintain 15-20cm overlap between adjacent nets.
Securing & Connection: Fix drainage net to base surface using fixing nails at 1-1.5m intervals. Connect overlap areas with staples or adhesive to ensure watertight seals.
Backfilling: Apply fine soil or sand backfill immediately after installation. Compact in layers and avoid direct heavy machinery contact with the drainage net.
