High-Strength Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL)
Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL) is an innovative composite anti-seepage material professionally engineered with high-expansion sodium bentonite sandwiched between two layers of geotextiles. Manufactured through needle punching or adhesive bonding methods, it combines the flexibility of geotextiles with the superior waterproof performance of bentonite to form a dense, reliable waterproof barrier upon hydration.
This advanced solution provides more efficient and reliable performance compared to traditional compacted clay liners, meeting global anti-seepage standards for demanding landfill applications.
Manufacturing Process & Quality Control
Our production process strictly adheres to international quality control standards. We begin with high-purity natural sodium bentonite (montmorillonite content ≥85%) that undergoes rigorous expansion performance testing. The geotextile base material is woven using professional textile technology, followed by uniform application of bentonite powder to the middle layer. The three-layer composite is then permanently integrated through needle punching or adhesive bonding to prevent bentonite migration, and finally cut and rolled to standard specifications.
