Our Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL) offers exceptional flexibility and adaptability, designed to conform precisely to irregular surfaces. The material can be freely bent, cut, and laid according to terrain contours, ensuring complete surface contact without cracks or gaps. Even with uneven foundation settlement, the GCL maintains structural integrity, with internal bentonite capable of self-repairing cracks up to 2mm to preserve anti-seepage performance.
Advanced Production Process

Our manufacturing process is specifically optimized for irregular terrain applications. The geotextile surface features anti-slip treatment to enhance friction between the GCL and base surface, preventing displacement during installation. Precision spreading equipment ensures uniform bentonite distribution, while increased needle punching density (200 punches/m²) prevents agglomeration and flow.
