Advanced Manufacturing Process
The geonet core utilizes a specialized staggered rib structure that increases drainage channel area while reducing clogging potential. The upper and lower non-woven geotextile layers employ gradient filtration technology - coarse upper filtration combined with fine lower filtration - effectively intercepting soil particles of varying sizes. Anti-clogging additives enhance filtration efficiency, and high-temperature hot-melt bonding ensures secure integration between filtration layers and geonet core for optimal drainage performance.
