Specially engineered for cold region infrastructure projects, this composite drainage geonet combines low-temperature resistant HDPE material with modified non-woven geotextile using advanced composite technology. The product maintains excellent flexibility and strength in extreme low-temperature environments down to -70°C, preventing brittle fracture and ensuring reliable drainage performance in cold climate applications.
Advanced Manufacturing Process
The geonet core utilizes low-temperature resistant HDPE material with specialized additives to maintain flexibility at -70°C. Upper and lower non-woven geotextile layers employ modified polypropylene fiber processed through specialized needle punching technology to enhance low-temperature resistance and tensile strength. The composite process uses low-temperature hot-melt bonding technology to prevent brittle fracture of composite layers in freezing conditions. Finished products undergo rigorous low-temperature performance testing, including repeated bending at -40°C without brittle fracture.
