Smooth geomembrane, also known as smooth geosynthetic membrane, is a widely used waterproof and barrier type of geosynthetic material made from high molecular polymer as the basic raw material. Here is a detailed introduction to smooth geomembranes:

Material Composition and Properties

The smooth surface geomembrane uses high-quality original high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the impervious base material. In the production process, a certain amount of carbon black, antioxidants, anti-aging agents, ultraviolet absorbers and color masterbatches are added using a special formula. It is then mass-produced by a highly automated geomembrane equipment using a three-layer co-extrusion blow molding technology.

Text: Smooth geomembrane has extremely low permeability, excellent chemical resistance and UV resistance, and offers a high cost-performance ratio, making it the preferred material for impervious projects in civil engineering. It is widely used in water conservancy, environmental protection, municipal engineering, aquaculture, sewage treatment, tailings dam seepage prevention, landfill, landscape gardening, and hydraulic engineering.
