Textured HDPE Geomembrane for Mine Slope Anti-Seepage with Enhanced Anti-Slip Performance and Excellent UV Resistance
Product Description
Textured HDPE Geomembrane for Mine Slope Anti-Seepage
The Textured HDPE Geomembrane is a specialized anti-seepage material engineered for slope applications in mining areas. Manufactured from premium HDPE resin with UV stabilizers and anti-aging additives, this geomembrane features a textured surface on one or both sides that significantly enhances friction and prevents slippage on steep slopes.
Product Specifications
Thickness Range: 0.8mm to 3.0mm Surface Roughness: Ra ≥3.0μm Friction Coefficient: ≥0.5 Permeability Coefficient: ≤1.0*10⁻¹³ cm/s Temperature Resistance: -60℃ to 80℃ Slope Ratio: Up to 1:1.2
Key Features & Benefits
Enhanced Anti-Slip Performance: Textured surface increases friction coefficient, preventing slippage on steep slopes and maintaining anti-seepage system integrity
Reliable Anti-Seepage Protection: Ultra-low permeability effectively isolates mining chemicals and prevents soil and groundwater contamination
Superior Weather Resistance: Withstands extreme temperatures and prolonged UV radiation in harsh mining environments
This geomembrane is specifically designed for slope anti-seepage in mining operations, including tailings dam slopes, waste rock dump slopes, open-pit mine slopes, and leachate pond slopes. It is ideal for steep slope applications where anti-slip performance is critical and is widely used in metal mines, coal mines, and non-metallic mines.
Installation Guidelines
Surface Orientation: Position textured surface upward (contacting slope soil) for maximum friction Surface Preparation: Ensure slope is flat and free of sharp objects Laying Direction: Install from bottom to top with 15-20cm overlaps Welding: Use HDPE welding machine with special nozzles for textured surfaces Anchoring: Secure top and bottom with anchor grooves or bolts Testing: Conduct air pressure or water filling tests to verify leak-free installation
