Product Description

Product Introduction: This 250g polyester long fiber geotextile is made of polyester chip melt spinning and one-step hot pressing forming. The continuous long fiber structure makes the cloth body have integral tensile performance, uniform and stable pore size. It has excellent filtration and anti-blocking performance, and is a professional filtering and drainage material for hydraulic river engineering.

Product Features: Continuous long fiber integral molding, high tensile strength and strong anti-tear ability; stable pore structure, effective soil filtration, prevent soil loss and avoid pore blockage; excellent water permeability and drainage performance; high temperature resistance up to 230℃, anti-ultraviolet and anti-aging; acid and alkali corrosion resistance, suitable for long-term underwater use; good friction performance, not easy to slide.

Application Fields: Applied in river channel dredging and regulation, river bank filtration and anti-soil loss, water conservancy dike drainage, reservoir bottom filtration, and water body purification and isolation engineering.

Construction Steps: Clean the river bed and bank base, remove silt and sharp impurities; lay the long fiber geotextile along the river course, keep the cloth flat and tight; overlap the joints by 20-25cm, adopt sewing or hot welding fixation; fix the cloth edge with stone pressing or anchor nails to prevent water flow scouring; lay gravel filter layer on the geotextile after laying; check for damage and displacement before water inflow.
